RESPONSIBILITIES 工作職責(zé)
1、小學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科教學(xué)；
Primary Math teaching
2、 承擔(dān)所在學(xué)科課程的講授任務(wù)，組織課堂討論；
Responsible for curricula teaching and seminar organizing
3、承擔(dān)課程輔導(dǎo)和答疑，作業(yè)和考卷批改等工作；
Responsible for course tutorial, question-and-answer session, correcting homework and examination, and etc.
4、完成教學(xué)部門主任、年級(jí)組長(zhǎng)、教研組長(zhǎng)安排的其他任務(wù)。
Other tasks are issued by Head of Teaching Department, Senior Leader, Group Leader of Teaching and Researching and Head of School

NECESSARY COMPETENCIES 必需具備的知識(shí)和技能
1、 正規(guī)師范院校相關(guān)專業(yè)學(xué)士（含）以上學(xué)歷、具有教師資格證書；
Master degree or above, Graduated from Normal Universities with relative major, Teacher Certification possessing
2、 具有五年以上教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和一定的教學(xué)研究工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，優(yōu)質(zhì)北京公立學(xué)校教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先；
5-years relevant teaching experience and teaching research working experience，teaching experience in Beijing high-quality public school
3、 熟練掌握辦公軟件和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的使用技巧；
Proficiency in the use of MS Office software and Internet
4、 具備教育心理學(xué)知識(shí)，較強(qiáng)的授課能力；
Equipped with educational psychology knowledge and strong teaching ability
5、 具有很強(qiáng)的中文表達(dá)能力，普通話標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，口齒伶俐；
Equipped with strong **** skill, standard Mandarin spoken, and rhetorical skill
6、 具有較強(qiáng)的親和力，講課生動(dòng)活潑，知識(shí)面寬廣；
Strong affinity, teaching lively, broad knowledge scope
7、 熱愛(ài)教育事業(yè)，工作積極主動(dòng)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)；
Passion for education work, strong responsibility sense,
8、英語(yǔ)聽說(shuō)讀寫能力熟練，有CET-6或者TEM-8；
Proficiency in spoken and written English, CET-6 or TEM-8
9、可承擔(dān)班主任職責(zé)，可住校。
